Grouping and Reshaping Clusters

To zoom on a particular area in the Cluster View, select Tools->Zoom or click on . Now click on the center of the area you wish to enlarge. Alternatively, you can select the area to enlarge (click and hold the left button, then drag the mouse to select the area). Holding Shift while clicking will zoom out. Double-clicking will bring the zoom level back to the initial state.

To create a new cluster, select Tools->New Cluster or click on . Use this tool to draw a polygon in the Cluster View: click the left button to add a point to the polygon, the right button to remove the last point, or the middle button to automatically close the polygon. Closing the polygon creates a new cluster containing all points enclosed in the polygon.

To split existing clusters, select Tools->Split Clusters or click on . Use this tool to draw a polygon in the Cluster View. Each cluster that intersects with the polygon will be split into two clusters, one containing all points enclosed in the polygon, the other one containing the remaining points.

To selectively delete spikes rather than entire clusters, select Tools->Delete Noisy Spikes (resp. Tools->Delete Artefact Spikes) or click on (resp. on ). Use this tool to draw a polygon in the Cluster View. All points lying within the polygon will be deleted (i.e. moved to cluster 0 or 1).

To group all currently displayed clusters, select Actions->Group Clusters or click on . This will create a new cluster containing all the currently visible spikes.
